Instant Account Agreement

This Agreement is between Equity Edge Ltd ("we," "us," "the Company") and ("you," "user").

By using the Equity Edge platform, including Instant accounts, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

By accessing or using the platform, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these documents, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.


Refund Policy

  • All purchases of Instant accounts are final and strictly non-refundable.

  • By purchasing an Instant account, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the platform or failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.


Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement or related documents at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.


Platform Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend the platform, including its features, performance, or security measures, to improve user experience or ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Account and Access

  • Your Instant Account becomes active immediately upon the successful purchase of the account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform or any of its features at our discretion, without liability to you.

  • Any misuse of the platform or violation of this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination.


Platform Overview

The Equity Edge platform, including Instant Accounts, provides a simulated trading environment for educational and training purposes only.

  • No real financial transactions occur on the platform.

  • All results and data generated are hypothetical and should not be construed as indicative of real-world trading performance or outcomes.


2. License to Use the Platform

Equity Edge Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

  • Access and use the platform software, including any updates or improvements provided.

  • Utilize related documentation for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Access platform content as permitted under the terms of this Agreement.

This license is subject to compliance with this Agreement and may be revoked at any time for violations.


3. Privacy and Data Protection

Equity Edge is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. For details on how your data is collected, used, and safeguarded, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • You have rights regarding your data, which are outlined in the Privacy Policy.

  • By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.


4. Simulated Trading Environment Disclaimer

The Instant Account platform provides a simulated trading environment for educational purposes only.

  • All trades and data generated are hypothetical and do not reflect actual market conditions.

  • The platform and its information are provided “as is” without any guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or performance.

  • Equity Edge is not responsible for any reliance on platform data or outcomes.

  • The platform does not provide investment advice and is not liable for any real-world trading losses resulting from decisions influenced by the simulated environment.


5. Instant Account

An Instant Account is available to users immediately upon successful purchase and provides access to the simulated trading platform.

a. Simulated Trading Rights and Obligations

  • You are granted access to perform simulated trades within the Instant environment, which remain the property of Equity Edge.

  • All activities on the platform are confidential, and performance may impact eligibility for continued access or rewards.

  • Non-compliance with platform rules or deviations from stated policies may result in account suspension or termination.

b. Trading Conduct Policies


To maintain the integrity of the platform, you must adhere to the following rules:

  • Loss Limits: You must not exceed predefined loss limits, even due to market conditions.

  • Account Activity: Accounts inactive for more than 30 days may be suspended or terminated.

  • Compliance: Users must follow all platform policies and guidelines.

  • Prohibited Practices: Certain trading behaviors are forbidden and may result in termination.

c. Forbidden Trading Practices


The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • High-Frequency Trading (HFT) – Using strategies involving excessively frequent trades.

  • Hedging – Engaging in offsetting trades to manipulate account performance.

  • Copy Trading or Third-Party Management – Using external signals or allowing others to manage your account.

  • Excessive Risk-Taking – Engaging in reckless or emotional trading practices.

  • System Exploits – Exploiting platform delays, errors, or vulnerabilities.


Violations may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your account

  • Forfeiture of any rewards or privileges associated with the account

  • Determination of prohibited behavior at the sole discretion of Equity Edge Ltd
