This website, equityedge.io, is operated by Equity Edge Ltd, a company incorporated in Saint Lucia (Company No. 2025-00306). All payments are processed by our authorised payment agent, Equity Edge Analytics Ltd (Company No. 15263705), registered in the United Kingdom.

By accessing this website or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.



1. Nature of Services

Equity Edge provides simulated trading services for educational and evaluation purposes. We do not offer investment advice, portfolio management, or access to live financial markets. No actual trading occurs on behalf of clients, and all trading accounts are virtual.


2. Risk Disclosure

Trading, even in a simulated environment, involves risk and is not suitable for everyone. Emotional responses and decision-making in our platform may not reflect real-market behavior. Success in an evaluation is not a guarantee of future income or live funding.


3. Eligibility

To register and use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted.

  • Use your own payment method (no third-party payments).

Accounts using third-party payment methods will be suspended or permanently banned.


4. Evaluation Rules

By purchasing an evaluation, you agree to follow all platform rules including drawdown limits, time restrictions, and prohibited strategies. Breaches may result in disqualification from funding or profit eligibility.


5. Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once trading has begun. Fees are paid for digital access to our evaluation models and tools, not for a guaranteed outcome.


6. Payout Eligibility

Completing an evaluation does not guarantee payout. All payouts are subject to review by our risk and compliance team and may be declined in cases of suspected rule breaches, location discrepancies, or strategy manipulation. KYC verification is mandatory before payout.


7. User Conduct

All users are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other traders. We prohibit:

  • Abusive or offensive messages.

  • Harassment or threats.

  • Platform misuse (e.g. spamming, false data, trade copying tools).

Violations may result in account bans.


8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to bypass security or evaluation rules.

  • Use automated tools or VPNs to exploit the system.

  • Reproduce, sell, or manipulate any part of our platform without permission.

Additionally, employees or owners of other proprietary trading firms are prohibited from participating.


9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Payment disputes severely impact our operations. Users who initiate chargebacks without valid reason will be permanently banned. In such cases, any active account may be terminated, and remaining balances may be forfeited.


10. Complaints & Appeals

If you wish to appeal an account decision or file a complaint, email support@equityedge.io . Our compliance team will review your case and respond within 10 business days. Decisions are final.


11. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or platform performance. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred through your use of our services.


12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equity Edge Ltd, Equity Edge Analytics Ltd, and affiliated personnel from any legal claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our platform.


13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse. Users remain liable for any fees incurred before termination.


14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


15. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, with the understanding that payment-related matters may be subject to the laws of England and Wales due to the role of Equity Edge Analytics Ltd as a UK-based payment processor, where Equity Edge Analytics LTD is incorporated and based. Users in the EU retain consumer protection rights under their local laws. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
